Citizenm Amstel Amsterdam Hotel

Located in a charming and quiet area with many great restaurants around, this hotel is situated next to an amazing bakery and very close to the metro station for easy access to other parts of the city. The rooms may be compact, but they are modern, well-organized, and come with extremely comfortable beds. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the lobby and bar area are decorated in an eclectic and fun theme.

One downside we experienced was a lack of privacy in the bathroom area, as the glass door was not a tight seal and sounds could be heard easily.

Conveniently situated with easy access to transportation, this accommodation offers a wide selection of food and drinks, including ice cream. Staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The rooms are impressively modern, with fancy iPad control for the lighting and heat. The bed is big and comfortable, providing restful sleep. The breakfast is plentiful with great choices, and the shower is great for a refreshing start of the day.

The hotel was cosy, but I stayed for 2 nights only. Location was unbeatable so close to Metro & tram, staff were accommodating, everything was clean throughout. I liked the double room and had an excellent stay: D

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. We were able to hop on the tram right outside the hotel and the train station was just a short walk away. This made it very convenient for us to get around and visit all the attractions we wanted to see. Another great aspect was the friendly staff.

The rooms were quite small and felt a bit cramped. It reminded me of a cruise ship cabin, not what I was expecting from a hotel.

The location next to a metro station was super convenient. We loved the modern room design with an iPad to control everything. The staff was friendly and accommodating. we had a great experience and would recommend it!

We loved the modern, comfortable, and clean hotel, with friendly staff and seamless check-in and check-out. The location was perfect for us, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we've experienced in a hotel. The hotel's chic and contemporary design, along with the lounge and library areas, provided a relaxing space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The staff went above and beyond, providing umbrellas for us to brave the rain and offering helpful recommendations for places to visit. The breakfast and other meals were delicious, and the shower was amazing. the cleanliness, polite attitude of the staff, and sleek, modern rooms made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Felt so relaxed, no complaints at all.

This hotel is in a great location close to the city center with lots of nice restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning and even an in-room safe. The restaurant and bar areas were also great places to spend some time.
